Frederick joined Chambers in 2026 following the successful completion of his pupillage with Dr. David Fong, Mr Lincoln Cheung, Mr James Wong, and Mr Danny Chan.

劉大律師師從方兆文大律師、張靈勤大律師、黃立煒大律師、陳健強大律師。他於2026年完成實習後加入世紀大律師事務所獨立執業。

Frederick is now developing a broad civil and criminal practice and accepts instructions across all areas of work.

劉大律師的執業範圍涵蓋民事及刑事訴訟，並會接受本所所有範疇的委託。

His criminal exposure covers dangerous drugs offences; money laundering; fraud and financial crime; sexual offences; violent crime; and traffic offences. He has also been involved in criminal appeals, bail applications, and mitigation hearings.

在刑事方面，劉大律師曾經參與的案件涵蓋危險藥物罪行、洗黑錢、欺詐與金融犯罪、性罪行、暴力相關罪行及交通罪行。此外，他亦曾參與刑事上訴、保釋申請及求情聆訊。

In civil matters, Frederick’s experience encompasses contractual and commercial disputes; land and building management; debt recovery and bankruptcy proceedings; trusts and probate; defamation; and tort. He has gained experience in dealing with a wide range of interlocutory applications, including interlocutory injunctions; summary judgment; specific discovery; and security for costs. Frederick has also been involved in providing opinions on different areas of law.

在民事方面，劉大律師的經驗涵蓋合約及商業爭議、土地及建築物管理、債務與破產程序、信託及遺產、誹謗以及侵權行為。他在處理各類非正審申請方面累積了相當的經驗，包括非正審強制令、簡易判決、強制文件透露及訟費保證申請。劉大律師亦具備就不同法律領域提供法律意見的經驗。

Frederick is fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, and is experienced in drafting legal documents in Chinese.
