Practice profile

Jane joined the Bar in 2022 upon serving her pupillage with Mr James Wong, Mr Man Hon Chiu, Mr Albert Luk and Mr Vod Chan. Her practice encompasses civil and criminal litigation, as well as arbitration.

Prior to joining the Bar, Jane worked in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry, there she developed extensive experience in forecast planning and project management.

Jane is developing a broad practice in civil and criminal law, accepting instructions across all areas. In criminal litigation, she has handled cases involving dishonesty offenses, money laundering, dangerous drugs, and industrial summonses. In civil litigation, Jane is experienced in property disputes, contractual matters, building management, and tenancy issues. She is as well experienced in drafting arbitral awards and procedural orders for arbitration.

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Jane is adept at conducting hearings in both Chinese and English.
